Ben Cannon
Executive Director, Oregon State Higher Education Coordinating Commission
Ben Cannon is the Executive Director of the Oregon Higher Education Coordinating Commission. He has held this position since 2013. Prior to this, Cannon was the Education Policy Advisor to Governor John Kitzhaber and also served as elected state representative from the 46th district in the Oregon House of Representatives.
The Governor’s Council for Post-Secondary Education envisions an integrated statewide system for post-secondary education that better serves California’s diverse students as part of a cradle-to-career educational continuum.
