Basic Needs Initiative Manager, CSU Office of the Chancellor
Henoc Preciado currently serves as the Basic Needs Initiative Manager at the California State University (CSU) Office of the Chancellor. In this role, he works closely with the 23 campuses of the CSU as programs and services are created and delivered to support students. Henoc has provided leadership and support for the intersegmental California Higher Education Basic Needs Alliance (CHEBNA), including the 2020 Basic Needs Intersegmental Summit and the 2021 Learning Series. He previously served as the Director of the Dreamers Resource Center at Cal State LA.
